So how's your day bridzella? Now I'm ready to share the very first part on checklist towards your big day. It is catering! Do you know that catering is the highest expense of all? Whether you decide to cook the food at your own house with the helps of your relatives as in rewang or just book any caterer, let me give you a big picture of catering. Lets say you need to spend RM 3000 just for a cow(meat). It is the average price for a cow. And how about chickens? If it is RM 12 per chicken, then you need to spend for one hundred of chickens at least, because usually for an invitation of one thousand people, one cow and one hundred chickens are needed. How about onions, rice, spices, firewood and others? So, you will do spend about RM 10 000 ++ for that. And if you choose catering service, it can reach above than RM 15 000 ++. Somehow, this it the least you can expect. Not to surprise, some bride to be need to spend between RM 20 000 to RM 30 000 just for catering. So gentlemen, do not ever complain if the dowry demanded is high ;) In fact, if the dowry is RM 10 000 though, it is still insufficient to cover the total amount that side of the bride already spent.
Not to mention if you are too rich to afford renting a ballroom for your big day. One needs to prepare RM 50 000 and above just for the rent, only. Phewwh.

Okay, moving on to the canopy and things related.
Many love to use pyramid canopy because the wedding will be looked so grand. Is it? As for me, it is okay if you don't use that kind of canopy because typical canopy is more than enough. Do not spend too much on this unimportant thing. Focus more on the other essential parts.
